Expert Testimony: Judges, Science, and Trial by Jury

NCJI’s 31st annual Forum for State Appellate Court Judges was held on July 15, 2023 in Philadelphia, PA. NCJI notifies all state appellate court judges of its Forums via postcard and by email when possible. Priority is given to sitting appellate judges when accepting registrations; trial judges are accommodated if our budget permits. The Institute covers coach travel and hotel costs for attending judges per our travel guidelines and as our budget permits.
